Like you said, it's definitely a DNS issue, and you may have already seen this solution as well, but I figured I'd post anyway...<br /><br />My "Live Server" was a virtualized guest and for me it was a simple as modifying the hosts file to make the actual host name resolve to the proper IP instead of localhost.
